"Technical customer service is an integral part of our comprehensive medical service. All of the devices we sell are serviced and repaired by specially trained and certified specialists. Free replacement devices are just as much a matter of course as the round-the-clock availability of our service department. On request, we are also happy to take over the servicing of appliances that you have not purchased from us."
Maintenance of the devices is based on the manufacturer's instructions for the respective device and the country-specific laws.
For Switzerland:
The Federal Act on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (MepV)
For the EU:
The Medical Devices Act (MPG) 93/42/EEC [other medical devices] and 98/79/EC [in vitro diagnostic medical devices].
Important: The user decides whether to follow the maintenance intervals recommended by the manufacturer.

Our devices are equipped with a device designation and a serial number with which they can be clearly identified. Here we show you how to find the necessary information.
